I guess that would depend on each individual person, which nair product you used, and if you followed the directions for use correctly. I'm sure it's not impossible. Here's the warning label that states:

When using NAIR庐 Cream Depilatories and NAIR庐 Cream Bleach, avoid eye contact. NAIR庐 Cream Depilatories and NAIR庐 Cream Bleach can be used anywhere except around eyes, in nose, ears or on breast nipples, perianal or vaginal/genital areas.
Do not use NAIR Waxes immediately after a bath and don't use deodorant or antiperspirants for 24 hours after underarm hair removal. People suffering from diabetes, varicose veins, moles, warts or circulatory problems should not use waxes. Do not wax inside the ears, on nipples, perianal, vaginal/genital areas or eyelashes.
Do not use NAIR庐 products on irritated, inflamed or broken skin.
NAIR庐 products should be kept out of reach of children
