Any suggestions? I get razor bumps around my neck area, currently using a blade (mach 3), will changing to an electric razor cause more problems or help?

don't try to shave over ingrown hairs. You need to put warm compress on the skin and then exfoliate to remove the skin covering the hair if it's not to deep. Use a loofah and maybe a mild facial scrub or something. Then always make sure your skin is soft before shaving and use a good shave gel. %26amp; a good rasor. and use an after shave.
