Just pluck it, I have never heard off ingrown hairs on your lip, unless the hair is super thick.

Plucking hair can cause ingrown hairs. Since you have light skin and you mite be plucking a lot, your skin will get red and won't look that flattering. Go to a slaon and get it waxed. The redness will dye down in an ahour or two. The redness from plucking might take up to 1 day for the redness to dye down.

Wax it or pluck it. Hair on your lip happens, and will probably happen more as you get older.
Btw never bleach it... bleaching just makes it more obvious looking.

if you dont want to pluck or wax ( i do both, and i dont get ingrown hiar) you can bleach it blonde so you cant notice it. or you can get threading done, its like fast plucking.
