Make sure you are using an emoilent shaving cream and clean razor and daily exfoiliation. I have noticed that the skin is irritated while shaving then scabs over trapping the hair that wants to grow inward anyway. A pro-Activ regimen or regular skin care products wouldn't hurt either.

alot of acohol and clubmans aftershave and peroxide. if that dosent work proactive works i use it myself but it takes a while to show its working. You could even let ur facial hair grow out the cut it use after shave and every day use ur clippers and dnt let it gro back for a while.
