How can on eliminate ingrown hairs for recurring?

to eliminate in grown hairs, you need to first specify which kind of hair removal your using. If you shave, you should loofa yourself in the shower right after shaving, to get rid of any dead skin that could clog the hair follicle. If you wax, you should wipe yourself with some azulene (found at your local drug store--just ask) which will open up the pores to prevent in grown hairs.

if you have ingrown hairs already, and you want to get rid of them for good, you will need to get a pair of pointy tweezers (again, local drug store) and dig deep to get the hair out. It could be alittle painful, but trust me, once it's out, your skin will thank you and you'll be surprised at how fast it will heal (for me... 5 min to normal bump free skin!)

always keep your hair-free skin clean and supple and you should not have any more in grown hair problems!

If you are referrring to your bikini line, I STRONGLY reccomend Bikini Zone gel... it stops redness and itching.. But make sure you exfoliate the area whenever you shower, too.

Use a loofa glove to exfoliate your skin when you're in the shower. After you lather up, just a gentle rub will do the job. 2 to 3 times a week is good. Moisturize after you dry off.
