i broke my ankle in august last year and had a cast on for 3 months and ever since then whenever i shave my legs i get heaps of ingrown hairs on my leg and its driving me nuts!! can anyone tell me why this is happening only since i had my cast on?? it was 3 months since i have had the cast off but the hair problem is still as bad as it was when i first shaved my legs after getting my cast off..... ANY ANSWERS?? or has anyone experienced the same thing??

i got the same thing when i broke my knee, but the ingrown hair was at the scars from the operation.try expholiating the area before shaving. it really helps.
